    ◆ 02 Bottom line

Code is the means. Your revenue is the goal.

A senior developer who writes the code - no middle layers

Technology is a tool. I choose it by what it brings to the business, not by what is new.

    1. Direct with the person who builds

No project manager in the middle and no outsourcing. The person you talk to is the person who writes the code.

    2. Numbers before technology

Every project starts with what it should earn or save, and only then do we pick the tools.

    3. Everything stays yours

Code, accounts and data stay with you. No vendor lock-in, no dependence on me.

◆ 03 Who it is for

    The problems I solve,
and the service that solves each one.

Pick the sentence that sounds familiar. Behind each one is a defined service, a published price range for most, and the person who builds it.

    > Philosophy
“Solve the real problem, even if it is not the code I was asked to write.”

The site is slow, outdated, down or hacked.

Diagnosis within hours, repair, hardening and recovery. For an aging site: a structured upgrade, then monthly maintenance so it does not happen again.

You need a new website that brings in clients.

WordPress or Next.js - fast, secure and built for search. Written in code, not assembled from a template.

Your team loses hours to manual work.

Your systems connected, plus bots and AI that do the repetitive work for you.

You want AI but don't know where to start.

Process mapping, a controlled pilot and an implementation that delivers results - no expensive experiments.

You need a system no template can give you.

CRM, client portal, API or an app for iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows - custom built, and the code stays yours.

The campaign is running, the conversions are not.

First the site is fixed so the same traffic brings more, then a clean landing page, ads to the right audience (Russian-speaking too) and organic search.

    ◆ 06 The process

No surprises. From the first call to launch.

How a project works: five steps, a written price and a schedule

Before any code is written, I work out with you what the business needs to happen, what it's worth and the shortest safe way there. Sometimes the answer is "don't build" - and I'll say that too.

    1. First call free

What the business needs to happen, what already exists and how urgent it is. Sometimes it ends here with a "don't build" recommendation.

You get: A clear recommendation: build, fix or leave it alone.

    2. Short brief a page or two

What gets built and what does not, which systems connect and what we measure at the end.

You get: A document you can compare any other offer against.

    3. A quote with numbers in writing

A clear range, a schedule, and what support after launch includes. No fine print.

You get: A price and a timeline you can plan around.

    4. Development in stages transparent

Every stage is deployed to a staging site you can review - never "it'll be ready next month".

You get: A version to review after every stage.

    5. Launch and support agreed upfront

A tidy handover, backups, monitoring and a bug-fix period agreed in advance.

You get: The code, the access and the backups - all yours.

    > What I don't do
    • I don't take a project I can't do well myself, and I don't pass work on without saying so.
    • I don't sell "SEO packages" and I don't promise first place on Google.
    • I don't build a new site when the existing one can be fixed for a tenth of the price.
